1. Bookings and Appointments
All appointments are subject to availability. Customers are requested to provide accurate information including their name, contact number, selected service, preferred date, and preferred time when making a booking.
Customers are encouraged to arrive on time. If a customer arrives late, the treatment time may be shortened depending on the next scheduled appointment and the availability of our staff.
2. Deposits and Payments
Some services, packages, or promotional bookings may require a deposit to secure the appointment. The required deposit amount will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the service date, unless otherwise agreed. Available payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, and card payment where available.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If a customer cancels the appointment, does not arrive at the scheduled time, or fails to notify the shop in advance, HOM HOM BEAUTY reserves the right to retain the deposit and the deposit will not be refunded.
If the customer informs us in advance that they need to reschedule, the appointment may be moved to another date or time, subject to the shop’s availability and available appointment slots.
4. Promotions and Special Offers
Promotional prices, packages, and special offers are subject to the specific conditions and validity period stated at the time of promotion.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. HOM HOM BEAUTY reserves the right to amend, change, or discontinue any promotion where necessary.
5. Health and Treatment Information
Customers are responsible for informing our staff before receiving a treatment if they have any relevant health conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent medical procedures, injuries, skin conditions, open wounds, inflammation, or other concerns that may affect the suitability of the treatment.
HOM HOM BEAUTY provides beauty, spa, body care, and relaxation services. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
6. Treatment Results
Treatment results may vary from person to person depending on individual skin condition, body condition, lifestyle, health, and other personal factors. HOM HOM BEAUTY does not guarantee identical results for every customer.
7. Before & After Photos
HOM HOM BEAUTY may request permission to take before-and-after photographs for treatment records, progress tracking, educational purposes, or promotional purposes.
We will ask for the customer’s permission before taking or publishing identifiable photographs for marketing or promotional use. If the customer does not give permission, their photographs will not be used for promotional purposes.
8. Customer Reviews and Testimonials
Customers may voluntarily leave reviews on public platforms such as Google Maps or other review platforms. HOM HOM BEAUTY may request permission to use selected customer reviews as testimonials on our website or promotional materials.
Where possible, the shop may display the customer’s public display name, star rating, and review text without using the customer’s profile photo. If identifiable photographs or additional personal information are to be used, the customer’s permission will be requested first.
9. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting the premises. HOM HOM BEAUTY will take reasonable care but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage unless caused directly by the shop’s negligence.
